Review Part Two: The wine sat out last night in the bottle and I tasted it again. This time is was much more enjoyable! The fruity flavors came out a lot more while the alcoholic and acidic parts toned down a lot. I wasn't going to try it again but my roommates convinced me. If I ever was offered this wine again, I would make sure had been given time to sit before drinking it.
On the other hand, I tried it with a bite of food also and it did not complement it well at all. It became more bitter and acidic. This wine is definitely best enjoyed unaccompanied by food.
