My review: This wine is absolutely delicious. It is so sweet. I love the cool, light peachy flavor.
Winery food pairing advice: Honeyed sweetness in a lighter style is a wonderful contrast to spicy Asian take-out or Mexican dishes, and complements everyday desserts.
My pairing: We had this wine with pesto and Italian flavored chicken. While it tasted better with the food than without, due to the increased sweetness I agree that their pairing suggestions would probably bring the flavors of the wine out better better.
